Yuka makes the difference

Yuka is very nice and helpful. Location is quite nice, a 20 min from Tokyo station and 10 from Kanda. There’s a lot going on very close by but at the same time is a very quite neighborhood.

Good location, common area is nice and the lady is so sweet!

Good location, common area is nice and the lady is so sweet! She offered some rice and soup for breakfast and was constantly making sure the guests were taken care or.

Extremely tiny and packed. No room for luggage in the room except for a small locker. No kitchen.

She treaten me that she will call the police if i didn't...

She treaten me that she will call the police if i didn't pay a mossed night! What the hell they deal with customers like this !! When i notified that i will extend my stay on the 2rd floor i say ok no problem and i asked her that if i want to pay right away but she told me that i can pay latter after a day she sent me an e-mail that she will call the police if i didn't pay 2500¥! This is not a way to talk with customers for me 2500¥ it nothing as i pay 1950$USD from são paulo to tokyo the hostel was cleaned and nice but the thinq wich made my stay negative it the traten of police,i hope will be not repeat with other customer as she hurted my soul and my heart when she say that she call the police

A nice hostel with new facilities.

I appreciated the inexpensive price, and that the bathroom facilities (toilet, sinks, shower) seemed to be new. I also liked having a top bunk, though I know that was just by chance. The woman who worked at the front desk was very friendly.

The upstairs common room area was unfinished. You could hang out there but it wasn't the nicest atmosphere because it was somewhat under construction. Once that room is complete this hostel will be extra great! I also didn't so much appreciate the music played at the front desk in the morning, but thankfully I couldn't hear it from my bed.

disappointed.

let ourselves in, no security, staff unavailable, phone unanswered, anyone could have entered and exited the building at any time. zero personal security, anyone could take a bag if they wanted. not value for money compared to other clean and tidy hostels throughout japan. may as well have slept on the sidewalk the bed was like a rock. the entry smelled like a toilet, very unpleasant. would not recommend. have travelled all over and this is a standout

Bathrooms were clean and modern.

Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great location. They give you eye masks and earplugs WHHAATTT so nice.

A decent spot of PERIOD BLOOD (I assume) on my sheets THAT WAS NOT MINE got in after 11 pm so no staff to tell about it so I put down a towel to sleep. The air-conditioning is so hot and the lights stay on all night (why?). Nowhere to store your luggage after you check out.

Staff was so annoying and she was drunk. When we visit 3rd floor, she was drinking with 2 man and asking lot of stupid questions from us. It was so annoying. Attitude of staff was terrible, like too dumb Japanese lady. Her way to talk really frustrate me !!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend

A place to sleep...

Very cramped tiny hostel, all space has gone towards maximizing the amount of beds. Beds are also smaller than all other pod beds around Japan. Toilet & showers are too small and there aren’t enough for the number of people that stay. No kitchen or lounge.

I personally like how the owner and the staff treat their guests. They were so accommodating and helpful in every possible way. The owner of the restaurant on the same building is very kind as well. He gave us big discount for dinner and lunch .The value for money is very good as well.

There’s always a room for improvement. They can actually expand there’s space to accommodate 10+ guests esp for group tour like ours. I suggest you add more shower room and toilet and be specific on the facilities available to set guest’s expectations
